Fish Crazy
Hello
As I have said before, while I may be very new to this forum, I am in no way new to fish. I have been keeping many kinds of freshwater tropical aquarium fish for a few years now, and yet, as always, I still have many questions.
Before fish, I bred and raised gerbils as a hobby for quite a while, before finally calling it quits and getting rid of all of my rodents altogether. After that is when I got started in breeding and raising livebearers of all sorts; anything from feeder guppies to Endler's. In the meantime, I also have a great interest in herbology and mainly wildflowers of all shapes and sizes. I am also an environmentalist to the core as well as a lover of wildlife of almost any sort. Art, poetry, lyrics, and literature are also to my interest as well, and I have become somewhat of a professional artist, able to sell my paintings in art galleries. I am good with acrylics, and prefer to paint realistic, fantasy, or surrealistic.
As for pets, I have four fish aquariums in use--although only two are, at this point in time, devoted entirely to fish (1 20g, 1 5g). The other two are devoted to my frogs--and their food. I have one small aquarium hopping with crickets, and another huge, half land half water aquarium for the two Northern Green Frogs I have newly adopted as of this year. They were found as tadpoles in two different feeder fish aquariums (put there on accident) and I was able to purchase them as "feeder fish" and simply raised them from there. I also have two dogs (one greyhound, one Basenji-Chihuahua mix) and a fluffy grey cat.
I am proud to be owned by the other cat, which is small and black with mahogany markings. She goes by the name of Rosewood, and is "Queen of the House."
I myself am known for my..."oddities" as well as my skills, so you may have to pardon my certain "lack of normality" for which I have become quite famed...
Anyway, nice to meet you...
