Currently i have a 200W heater servicing about 75L or 20 gallons of water. But i've decided to get a new custom tank that will contain about 200L or 53 gallon built. So i want to get a heater that will be able to service that when it arrives.

How big do u think i need to go?

At 1 watt per litre, your existing heater should be sufficient :)
You might want to consider having a backup though, placed at the opposite end of the tank. Often, with long tanks, a heater at one end could leave cooler spots.

I have a 40 watt heat pad and 150 watt and a 50 watt heater on a 220 litre tank. My heat pad is only on for nine hours a day with my lights (it helps the plants' roots) other than that, I use the 150 watt (24 hours a day) and these two keep a steady temperature of 78.

The 50 watt I use as back up - ie during water changing to help with any temperature difference.

I would say you have ideal heating Cathy. The 220 W heater placed at your filters outlet would be the sufficient. If you wish you could upgrade toward the set up Cathy has.

Thanks thats kinda different from what i think i remember the lps telling me when i brought the last one. But i guess getting one bigger than i need is better than getting one thats too small.
