I got this little guy today, poor thing has clamped fins like crazy  He was at the lfs for 2 weeks and no one took him, so I did  He's still very small, not even 2 inches long.
I've named him Scruffy :p

floating in his tank (in the bag still)....

Aww, poor little guy! He looks like he'll be pretty once he's well and gets his colour back

I think so too! I hope he makes it, he keeps swimming on his side, so I'm not sure if it's because the LFS has only been feeding him bloodworms for the whole time he was there, or if he has swimbladder -_- I've never had a betta with swimbladder before so I'm not sure what the symptoms are.

Sounds like he might have swimbladder disorder... were the bloodworms they fed him frozen or freezedried? Freezedried bloodworms are bad for causing swimbladder disorder. I'd try just fasting him a couple of days and see if things get better

awww,he's clampy but cute! He seems a little dazed and confused. Probably can't comprehend what's going on..."Is this Heaven?"
Can't wait to see him in a weeks time

 eek that looks dead!....if he gets nice looking show pics, but in the one pic he looks like what wuv said

yeah, poor guy :( I couldn't just leave him at the lfs though.
I'm thinking of switching him over to a half gallon for now, since he's not swimming and just resting near the top. He's in a 2.5 gallon right now with bettafix and a little bit of aquarium salt.
