New guppy, fin rot, help please

Yes sorry about that, I've bought a sponge filter and a hidom heater now. All set.
Thank you for all your help. Also there's no more sign of fin rot so looks as if the other fish have escaped it. I'm still doing the big water changes.

i don't thinnk the other fish have yet to completely "escape" the fin rot as i think it could comeback immediately if one of your fish gets a weak (and compromised) immune system, or if you forget to do water changes for one day.
