New Gold Laser Corys

And another pleco tablet attack(It's the same one as in the previous video so I don't know how it got to the other side of the tank..)

The gold laser corys are doing well and are very active. A couple of them still have their pointed tails but one of them fixed itself. It got split in the middle itself like someone grabbed the two ends of the tail and pulled them apart
Poor things, what had been through before they came to me I don't want to know.

Video!! :hyper:

I don't know what happened to my video links above :grr: I still have the videos on youtube but this website ain't showing them.

Anyway, I thought I'd update the thread. 3 of the ones with stuck tail recovered, 3 of them stayed like that but it doesn't seem to affect them. For the price I paid for them it wasn't the best group I got but I love them.

I was just wondering, can anyone tell me whether they see males and females on this picture:

And here a few of them chasing the albino mamas who laid eggs at the same time:

Thank you. I think I only have this female out of the 6 lasers I got. The other two not on the picture are definately skinny guys

From the lasers, do you think the one to the right is a female?

I am sure the one infront of the albino in the center is a female but I was kind of thinking the one to the right could be a female too because he/she has a belly. He/she's my only hope that I have a second female out of the 6.
That's him/her here as well:

The corys Looks like from that pic albino female, albino male, gold female, then 2 more female albinos... also i notice with my golds & albinos the females definately have a more rounded belly at the front and the males are quite flat :)

The albinos I already sexed, they are easy. But the lasers are growing strange, all different sizes although I bought them all the same size. The belly got me thinking I have a second female because she/he is bigger underneath although not as big as the albinos yet but still.
So from 3 stuck tails and 3 normal tails, 1 of each I think/hopefully is a female. I've got them since March and they must have been 4-5 months old then, they surely should be looking to spawn soon enough? Or do lasers need longer?
