BTT was already named a moderator, which gave him the power to move posts, clean up spam, etc. But, this announcement puts him specifically in charge of the Bettas section. From the top of the forum page, each section has a "Forum Led by: x". BTT's name is now on the Bettas section. His powers haven't changed, he is just going to focus a little more closely on the Bettas section.
