new fish

hey
i am looking for a new fish or two depending on the type of fish and size but i have a comunity tank about a hundred litres. my current fish are listed in my signature.

Roughly a 20 gal tank, your already overstocked as the silver shark are bala and need very big tanks of 120gals, and the red tailed shark needs a 40gal as he will become aggressive if he is cramped.

Hi Lidz, welcome to the Forums.

Any minute now, people are going to start telling you that your tank is not big enough for your silver (bala) sharks and your plecos and therefore untill they are rehomed you should not get any more fish.

Please don't get put off by this, they only have the fish's welfare at heart!

really i geuss my fish shops advice sucks. my sharks are very small still at the moment and i have someone waiting to take them off my hands when i can no longer house them.

whats a panther cat? if its a pictus than you'll need a bigger tank for those too. as a rule never listen to your LFS

the ballas, the pictus and the plecs will need to be rehomed as they will get too big. the angels will eventually need a larger tank also.
