That is crazy!

Is that like dyed cactus? You know the ones you see at Home Depot that look all pink and pretty!

I would guess they dump dye in a container the fish are in and let them swallow it or breathe it in? I can't see them taking a needle and doing it..... Well for a buck people will do anything!
