Like kitty kat was saying, the tanks in your signature are seriously small for them. They grow huge. I seen 4 in a shop yesterday that were around 10 inches.

Am I right in thinking the one with the red spots is a male?

Isn't the front one a gold and the back one with the red in his face a red spot? Heros Efasciatus is the scientific name of both.

You have a female and a male gold severum. The one in the front of the photo with solid color is female the one behind with some redish lines and markings around the face is the male. The male does almost look like s red servum. A full shot of that fish would help.
