thanks, im probably going to order one in a bit, though im going for the smaller 2213 i tink it is. 55 quid but with full compliment of media, hoses and taps. thanks for your info, you swayed my decision.

hi, looks like you've made your decision then! I could have got away with the 2213 also but decided to go for the larger 2215..I have quite a jungle of live plants. If I can put the filter together, then anyone can lol

£55 is very cheap, mine also came with all the bits and peices, and I added some biomedia to the canister also.

Just an afterthought, I would put a pre-filter sponge on the intake pipe - I made one from some Fluval U2 sponge I had left..made a circle and just tacked it together with cotton. works very well..!
