New CT males

the fish store I found a few weeks ago gets cts as well as veiltails, and i happened to get there right when the shipment got in today, so I got first pick of about 35 bettas. half were CT's and it was sooo hard to pick cause they were all so pretty. they had a cambodian butterfly ct that caught my eye right away so he was my first choice, and i wanted to get another..it took me about 20 minutes to pick out a really bright red CT, but his finnage is perfect when he flares, much better than any others that were there. They have been in there new home for about 3 hours, and still are not adjusted that well so I only took a few pics, and they are bad because of the bubbles on the tank sides.

I have NEVER seen a veiltail betta in my entire life at a LFS. All i ever see is the plain ole ones like they get at walmart. I want one but don't want to order over the net

you mean crowntail bettas? veiltails are the regular pet store kind of bettas.

FYI - those aren't veil tails, they're crown tails (CT's). the "plain ole ones" at the store are infact veiltails.

I am completely envious ov those beauties! man, they are pretty!
But what the heck is all over the glass??

bubbles LOL it happens everytime i add new water to a tank, my cam just picks up on it more i guess, they come out after a few hours..its blue cause I added methblue too, thanks for your nice words

thanks everyone, im kinda happy some of you are envious lol cause its been forever and i finally found some beautiful fish around here..
i paid $3.99 us, for each of them. I was shocked when they told me how much they were, it was a great steal! Ive decided to name the red ct Mafia because of his big lips and hunch back lol

and name ideas for the butterfly male?
