One of my lfs's has a video camera on there betta section. There's a sign saying that you are being video taped. You aren't even allowed to pick up the cups without an employee right there with you.

I like the name Freedom, personally. Not only is it very patriotic, but it also signifies how you "liberated" him from the pet store bowl.
