Well I had to break down and get a water chiller 
When I got back from my vacation in Hawaii my tank was at 90 deg.
My son didn't do a great job of watching over the tank. The good thing is..... My buddy at the LFS just happen to get a hold of this one and was trying to call me when I was on vacation. Oh well $400 later and here it is. It sucks that it wont fit in the cabinet because the doors are too small
