OUCH!!! don't ya hate when fish can do that. luckily for me none of my fish have bitten me, nor do i think i own any that will. but that can always be changed in the future when i get a little more extreme with my fishkeeping and keep harder to keep more agressive fish.

Check this out, she was biting the front glass and you could hear her teeth scraping on it.Unfortunately my camera makes this loud whirring noise that drowns out the sound(its cos I keep dropping it)so I had to take the sound off.

I think its about 45-50gal 4 foot by one foot I think.I will be rehoming the flowerhorn so she will have the whole tank and at some point I will move in a mate(prob a texas or my young midas).

yea i thought it was around that mark. since your in scottland i'm assuming you're using UK gals. 'm getting a 55 gal US to host a juvie JB parrot and mayby some friends. she'll love the tsnk space to herself. she might bite you again if you give her another tank mate. so be careful she seems like a fiesty one!

that parrot is HUGE. By the looks of it, its not even to middle age yet.

maybe its a genetic mutation. If you breed that guy with another one (if you can find one) or breed him with a regualar or another kkp, then chart out the offspring with a punnett square and hopefully by the thrid generation you can get these genetically huge parrots. Then you can sell them and make money lol. the KING king kong parrot

that is a very aggresive parrot
i have seen many parrots but i dont see any king kong parrots with that color
your parrots doesnt look like a king kong parrot, mine has a very similar body shape except for the color, but it is possible from the behavior cuz mine are very peaceful
but then i also dont think it is a kk because of the price you got it for, kk's usually sell for 100+usd and they arent too common either, and since regular parrots already cost like 20 around your place, im a little skeptical

im not saying it not, im just pointing out a few things that might make it not one
