Gorgeous!! I notice those Thai boys really have style. None of my betta are as stately as my Orange Thai HM Plakat. Synirr's boy, Rudy, is close. But Rudy is hands down the bubble blower extrordinaire. His nests rock!

Number 1 and 2 are the most beautiful things I have ever seen!

the first two were $11 each, the 2nd two and the black green female (not pictured) were $15 each, and the black silver hmpk was $20. $5 air cargo per fish. i havent paid the transhipper yet for shipping from her to me, though.

there's only a few things i really spend money on. some young women my age carry $400 purses and buy designer clothes. i prefer to spend on my fish and electronics.

Don't forget shipping. And you don't usually ship those babies Priority. Add $45 to the transshipper + the $5 per fish air freight to the Thai breeder. That's in the neighborhood of $75 added on the base cost of the fish.

you pay for what you get though. i've not had a whole lot of luck getting good from american breeders, on the whole. of course, i love synirr's babies...theyre all growing so nicely and are just so adorable!

I agree; my Thai plakat is picture perfect. The Thai Black Copper HM super delta is gorgeous too. My BetterBetta boys are good looking, but they don't compare to the Thai's. But neither Samson nor Jack were their top dollar boys, so it's not a fair comparison.

Synirr's boy startles me daily though with his form. I think it's the plakat style--like Johnny Depp in black leather.

Anyway, You got some lovelies and when you break it down per fish, it's more reasonable.
