new betta doing excellent

I bought my betta on sunday and he is doing great. He is eating excellent and is very active. When I went to the petstore to buy him the debit machines were down and even couldn't get any money out of bank machine. This, I found out happened that day all over Canada. This woman paid for the betta and I was so surprised and thanked her many times and told her how nice it was and I really appreciated it. There are nice people around. He is going to have a great home and taken care of very well since he was a gift from a very nice stranger.
