I bought a new betta today. He's red and white and pink and hes got blue in him sometimes. He's gorgeous. 
I have him in my 5 gallon tank, and I moved some of the fry into a nice little one gallon with a floating plant. The fry are fine... minus the ones I left for my unnamed betta boy. 
hehe. He's having a ball. Chasing them and such. I gave one to my brothers betta, Zeus, and he sucked it up immediately. Mine has eaten one, and two remain. I doubt for much longer though, haha.
I thought the filter might bother my little guy, but he apparently enjoys it greatly. He swims under the light flow, twirling and twisting and having a ball. I have to think of a name.
