New Aquarium Leaking?

So I just setup my new 14 gallon tank to cycle. It appears however water is coming out from the bottom, and by the bottom seams. Is it possible it's leaking because it's a weird cheap brand? It's the Aqua Culture brand clearenced from walmart. Unfortunantly, the only other place i've seen a 14 gallon tall tank is Petco.. and it's 90 dollars and only comes in the kit. what do I do?

empty it quick and either let it dry and take it back or re seal it yourself

Empty it, box it up and hoof it back at the counter.
