Hi Guys

I have always wanted an aquarium and when i got the chance i rushed into it without knowing much about the hobby, i now have a bad situation, i currently have a 90L tank with 2 silver sharks, 2 angel fish, 2 congo tetras, 1 common pleco, several guppies 15+ (they bred alot) and 2 glass catfish i know this tank is too small for so many fish so i am going to buy a 350 litre aquarium soon and place my 90 liter tank in the bedroom. my question is.... i really want some unusual less common fish in the 350 aquarium when i get it, what would you recommend?

im thinking about leaving the angel fish, glass catfish and guppy in the 90 litre tank,
and in my 350 litre tank having:

6 congo tetras
1 common pleco
2 silver sharks
1 red fin shark
20 neon tetras
2 kribensis
8 dwarf cichlids

would this work?

i regret getting the silver sharks i didnt realise they can eventually grow to 12" mine are currently about 5" hopefully 350 litre will be anough for them

90 litres is really too small for angels, especially two, possibly unpaired ones. Glass catfish are very shy and need a large shoal (8+). I personally would not want to keep a common pleco in a tank of 350 litres. Silver sharks would want a bigger tank as they are very active and should be in a shoal, they can also be aggressive. Red Finned Sharks can be territorial and aggressive. Kribensis can be aggressive when breeding. You do not state which kind(s) of dwarf cichlid.

apistogrammas dwarf chilids, why would you not put a common plec in a 350 litre tank? when my girlfriend is at work 1 day i might re home the silver sharks and make out to her they died as she loves them lol

Don't lie to her about it, just let her know they need at the very least, an aquarium of 6'x2'x2'. As for the common pleco, they can eventually reach up to 2' in length. Not suitable for a 350ltr.
There are something like 64 species of apistogramma, which ones are you considering?

If it were me I'd go with something like,

2-angels
6-Congo tetra
10-glass cats
15-rummy nose/red eye/pretty tetras(1 group of the 3)
2-trios of apistogramma same species
3-bristle nose pleco

Don't lie to her about it

Huh?

I feel 350 litres is way too small for a common.

Suggested stocking sounds about right, would be preferable if the angles could be paired in my opinion, although some may argue the point they become aggressive when spawning.
