I really really want the plants to thrive in this tank. All of my others tanks live plants will just be eatan or destroyed. Any input on CO2 or ferilizer would be greatly appreciated, zero experiance with either.

Did you build the stand yourself? You did a great job!!
It looks very sturdy, probably a lot better than most of
the store bought ones.
