Just moved my fish from a 100l tank to a 200l tank. All my fish seem to be settling in fine except for my neons. I have one that's very bright not mixing with the other neons who colour isn't as vibrant, is this just a sign of stress. My water levels are the same as my old tank. I used the old filter and most of the water to fill my new tank for cycling.

Yeah it just sounds to be abit stressed maybe turn the lights out until morning to see if that's helps calm it down

I'd agree with Ash and say it was stress. How is he getting on now?

Colour came back after 24hrs without the light being on. There are 12 neons in the tank, 1 male Gourami, 2 male guppies and 6 female. Also have about 30 fry that I will take out and take to the pet store when they are a little bigger. Also have a red tail shark. Want to get rid of the guppies at a later date and get some different fish in.

tank isn't set up how I would of like. Rushed it abit because of the room 2 tanks took up. Wanted more live plants, bogwood etc in but will do it bit by bit as not to stress the fish to much and let the chemical levels go up.
