Neon With Bad Mouth And 2 Rosey Barbs Fighting

hi all as above really. one of my neons has a huge lump looks like a fat bottom lip and he has had it for a while now. think its getting bigger although he still manages to eat tiny flakes, healthy otherwise. also 2 rosey barbs constantly fighting since addind to tank 3 days ago. thanks

Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

The lump does it look hard of soft like filled with fluid.
Any redness to the lump.
Does the mouth look bleached out.
Any whiteness to the mouth.
Is the neons red stripe still vibrant red.

90 litres with 7 neons 2 cherry barbs 3 tiger barbs 2 rosey barbs 3 glowlight tetras water stats are ph 0f 8.2 and cant get it to change from that! 0 on ammonia o on nitrite and 40 nitrate. its just a lump cant really say more than that like he got the snail stuck on bottom lip but its actually the lip. i would say its soft but it allows very little space for him to eat but he manages well. very healthy no discolouration .the rosey barbs are frantic they dont seem to rest . not much fighting today just swiming round tank at breakneck speed. its broke the peace in there a bit

All you can do is issolate and try a bacterial med.

I think its best as far as I remember to keep more females to males with cherry barbs.
They can be aggressive and fin nippers.
Maybe buy a few more female cherry barbs.

it looks like a growth coming out of its mouth. feel bad for him. its the rosey barbs that are darting all over the place not the cherry ones?

All you can do is issolate and try a bacterial med.

Make sure the barbs are not flicking and rubbing as darting can mean, bad water quality, parasites, ph shock, toxins, overdose of meds.
