Neon Tetras

I thought I mat as well share a few pics of my awesome neon tetras, they are great fish, I only have 11, and if I had more space I would get 15+. The first picture has to be my favorite, I'm thinking of entering it in this months competition, all these pics were taken with an IPhone 4, also does anyone think that I can get more with 8 pygmies, 1 betta, 2 endlers, 1 guppy and 11 neons. I was thinking that I could get 2-3 more. Is this okay?

I was also wondering if I could have like 2-3 Neons more, my tank is 60 liters, moderately planted, sand bottom, heated, and over filtered
This is my stocking so far
11 neons
1 male guppy
3 endlers
6-8 Pygmy cories
1 male betta
And hopefully 2-3 more neons,
