Neon Tetra - White Patch On Red Part

Hi

I've just noticed that one of the neon tetras in my tank (there are 6) has the above symptoms. Anyone know what this might be and what to do? I have caught him/her and filled a plastic bag with tank water and just keeping it floating in the tank until I hear what to do.

I've had a search on Google - does it sound like neon tetra disease? Does not sound good at all. Frightened all my fishies will get it. Will it help to do a big water change? I do 2 X 20% changes each week. It's a Juwel rekord 800 110 litre tank.
