could i have a neon/cardinal tetra shoal in my 50gal? considering the size and the fish (in sig)

if so, how many to the shoal? :)

The shark and angels might see them as lunch.

i thought sharks were scavengers? :/

I wouldn't risk it.

What about barbs there meant to be ok with the red tailed black shark.

but they are fin nippers, i will be having about 2 more angels in that tank soon

I have cardinals tetras with sharks and angels and the tank is very peaceful. But it is heavily planted and lots of hiding places. But i always here that angels love eating neons?

do your angels ever go for the neons?

ill be buying a new batch of fish in a couple of hours, so i need a quick yes or no?

Please don't add Neon with angels. Its like given a alcoholic a drink and saying please do not drink it. Remember all fish need to live. Buying them to be food is well up to you.

ive seen many people with fishlists on this forum which include neons and angels living together

EDIT: BTW, I dont like alchohol

Neons are natural food for angels in the wild.

You might see a lot of profile lists including them together, but you can't see the number of profiles where the neons have been eaten by angels. That would be a lot.

This combination is only possible with large neons and tiny angels. If the neons fit into their mouth, they WILL be eaten.

Also, neons are definitely not suitable for a tank that is cycling.
