Neon Tetra Sex

Howdy,

Can anyone tell me how to sex my Neon Tetras - I have ten of varying sizes and varying depths of colour. Some have really dark red stripes from the pelvic fin to the tail, some are pinky coloured...

And what conditions are the best for breeding (is this possible)

Any help would be appreciated

They all look the same to me! I hope the fish shop didnt take a load out of the all male tank or something. Oh well, maybe I will be able to tell what is what when they start thinking about sex themselves.
