Neon Tetra Breeding Plan

Sand

Elodea densa

Java moss

15 neon tetra

Feed them on frozen bloodworm with lights on for 2 months then feed them the same but with the lights off and the tank blacked out for a month with very carefull 20% water changes every week.

This is my breeding plan and i have made my plan based on what i have read and been told.

Do you think they would breed? If there is anything in the plan that could be made better then please put me right as i would love to be able to breed some neons.
