Hi all

I am new to fish keeping and i would appreciate some advice.
I have seen some neon orange corys and would like to ask if this is a natural variation.
And if so then does anyone know the latin name for this fish.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS JONNO67

The so called neon orange Cory is a undescribed species coming from Peru. It is a natural species and has been successfully bred both in the UK & USA.

So funny to see this post. I just got a pair of these from my lfs today. They weren't something they had ordered. It was a customer trade in. I hemmed an hawed when I saw them yesterday, but inevitably called last night to have them held for me. I wish they had more. My first concern as well was if it was natural or a dyed fish. Mine look exactly like the image in Coryman's post. I also got them a little sterbai friend. They are getting along great and having little cory parades together.
