The medi has sulfadiazine,sulfadimidine and sulfamerazine will this do the job?

I am guessing it is an antibiotic, specifically a sulfa antibiotic. HOWEVER, columnaris is a very lethal disease, and it responds best to Maracyn AND maracyn 2 (together), tetracycline (potiential dammage to bacteria in tank), or Kanacyn (aka kanamyicin).

I am going to go for a little salt treament and also get another more suitable medi, sound good?

That sounds good. I have heard mixed things with neons and salt, so make sure you add it slowly, and be prepared to do water changes if they begin getting stressed out.
