:shifty:  :good:  This is funny to see my old tank up and running elsewhere, you seem to have it back to front, :fun:

Oh my still i see those massive boquet style plastic plants which i used to wedge from the top four corners, good to see there still coming in handy, Quick question, have you got the bodge job drip tray i made out of the two foot tank? have you worked out how i put it together if you do

looking good mate, also did you have the textured internal wall backing?

Haha, yep, the orientation was not exactly how I would have liked it ideally, but after collecting it from "Fishsouth.co.uk" the tank was orientated that way against the wall behind the camera view. When I realised that electric lighting was going to be an issue in the short erm, I had to persaude family members to give me a hand to slide the huge weight of that tank (even for a 5-footer) across to the window!

"Fishsouth" offered me the plants on collection of the tank and I have to admit that at the time I was not sure I would ever use them. But they have ended up being a godsend, due to the limited section of tank that get direct sunlight to support real plants, while offering line-of-sight and "windbreak" properties against the 12500 litres per hour powerhead during the daytime.

Cannot say I ever knew anything about a drip tray or the wall backing. I have noticed the odd bit of water accumilating on what should be (lol) the front left corner of the tank, but I think (read hope) this is due to the bit of riverine splash from the powerhead.

It was not with the tank per say, when i brought the tank it had nothing, after a while the wood would get damp and start smelling rancid, lol so i just got hold of a 2foot tank, cut off the glue and used all the peices as a drip tray which worked perfect, stopped the condasation coming through and was smell free, hehe...Also stopped my big boys jumping out and possibally getting caught on the peice in the centre,
Yeah those plants i used for hiding purposes not for looks, but they dont look to bad when angled right...

A few update pics of this tank from the weekend, the day before I moved the Yellowtails out (something has been inflicting nasty injuries to the flanks of some of them, sadly lost one fella on Sunday, so now back inside in the "mega-peaceful" 620T since last night)...
