Needle Valve + Bps

can anyone help me try to find a needle valve here in the uk. i have tried my lfs but no joy. mabe someone on here knows where i can get one from

how many bps should i have of c02 going into my 96ltl tank with 54w compact lightning. i have algae prob at the moment perhaps c02 is not being injected right. i have a presurised co2 system. currently got 1 bps at the mo but dont seem right
