Well, i've actually decided to go with the Juwel Rio 240, it's actually pretty cheap compared to other tanks around the 240L mark which is why i've decided to go with it (unless someone here has bad feedback about them i guess), i prefer the more straight/flat look as opposed to their Vision range aswell, i'll post pics and whatnot when i recieve it and start setting it up.

Hi again, I don't think you'll regret getting a Juwel and I've never heard any bad feedback about. They are very good tanks. I'll look forward to seeing the pictures :)

Hehe you won't regret going for the bigger tank believe me!

Well done everyone, another person saved from the perils of MTS.

Welcome to our forum Panda.
I am not sure where you are located, it simply does not show, but I would always look for a resale tank instead of a new one. In the US that means checking places like Craig's list for a good used tank. In Canada that would mean using a place like Kijiji. Wherever you are, there is a local equivalent of these sites where used equipment can be had for a small fraction of the "new" price. Nothing about a tank really deteriorates with usage so used equipment is much like new equipment. If you are cost conscious, check your local sources for well cared for used equipment. Often it comes with bonus accessories like heaters and filters.

I live in the UK, we do have gumtree.com but nothing along the lines of what i want has popped up on there so far unfortunately, i might just wait hold off and keep an eye on it a little longer.

Set up local alerts on Friday-ad, gumtree and ebay. You will get what you want eventually! :hyper:
