Need To Know Everything About Adfs

I have a ten gallon tank that is cycled with a whisper filter and a piece of bogwood with silk plants.
I have a cave like thing for them to hide in and I am willing to feed them brine shrimp tubifex worms and bloodworms as hand feeding goes. I will change out 25% of the water weekly and have my heater on 75 degrees Farenheit. My light is a 15W Flouresent bulb. Wanted to put snails in there too.
 
How many frogs can I keep in there? (I know the 1 frog per gallon rule, but still)
How hard should the water be?
Are ADFs good for beginners?
 
ANY EXTRA INFORMATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!
