Congrats on your fry! Yes, fry(baby fish) will eat flakes, just make sure they're finely crushed up, even powedered to fit inside their tiny mouths. They'll also like Blood worms and tubifex worms for food. Fry are farely easy to take care of, they require basically the same settings as their parents just slighty warmer temperatures(around 77-80 F), frequent feedings(feed them 3-4x a day) so they gain enough nutrition, and a few plants to make them feel secure. By the time they reach 3months old(or 1inch in length so the parents don't eat them) they can go back with mom or dad in the main bowl.
Its also good to know what kind of fish you own. Possibly aMolly, or a Platy ? If so, these are livebearers fish and produce quite frequently(every month you should expect a new batch of 30 or so fry).

Well done on your new fish, i'm thinkin they are mollies!!
Feed them as said above crushed flake food!!

Goodlick Joe!
