Need some advice

I was browsing ebay when I came across this. The sad thing is I don't think this person even knows that these fish are sick. In the pics it's hard to tell it looks like eather HITH, some kind of fungus or maybe they are hurting themselves on those sharp rocks she has in there. What do you guys think? I emailed this person and asked them if they where treating it, I also put in a bid for them since I live farely close. Only problem is that I can't take them all, I don't have room for them, I could take the JD pair or one Oscar. Anyone have any advice on what I should do if I win the auction, which I'm pretty sure I am. I would hate to see these poor things die.

Mabe it water stains on the tanks glass createing that effect but also it could be a fugis as u stated.

Oh those poor fish. Someone is going to buy them and not know they are sick. Im gonna try to e mail the dude.
