Hi! I'm new to the forum and have an immediate problem. Through the night my gold mystery snail got caught in the filter. It's too big to be sucked in but it was stuck there with part of it trapped inside. I immediately shut the filter off and it dropped off. However, now it isn't moving. It is alive and closes up its shell if you get too close. However, it won't move around anymore and it just sits there poking slightly out of the shell. I feel terrible and want to help it but I haven't any idea what is wrong or what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks.
