Okay..so I have a 56 gal tall aquarium. Which at the moment is completely empty...
I don't even have a filter or heater or anything...so it'll be easy for me to get exactly what I need.
I was at the lfs the other night and saw some blue rams and feel in love with em!
I looked them up a bit, but thought it would be nice to get some direct advice from people who are experienced with them.
Okay..some things I need to know (and any thing else you think I should know be free to add
)
*Water conditions they need
*Possible tank mates..
I was thinking maybe..
severums (but I have no idea)
A group of corys
stripped repheal catfish
I read they are peaceful...maybe a school or two of tetras?
..any other ideas??
*Tank set up...I wanted to go with sand bottom and planted (still a good idea?)
And can anyone recommend a good filter?
This is going to take me awhile, concidering it's going to be expesincive to get it all set up, so I have a lot of time for research and such.
