It probably won't change all that much over time because the plants grow so slowly (no C02 injectors or fabulous lighting). So this is it for the long term. How do I create more impact?

I'm sort of a fan of those Amano minimalist type tanks. Anyone have any suggestions?
(this is a via aqua AR380 tank by the way which I've had set up for 3 months. I like it a lot. From China)

I think some moss on the rocks would look nice. :good:

It does look great as it is right now. Maybe add some anubias or dwarf sag to create a foreground. That would give you the definition and impact you're looking for.

The first thing with a aquascape is to hide mechanicals. a piece of wood or stone is the easiest way another way is for the plants to grow and cover them but with a power head not many plants will be able to hide the power head. x mass moss or simular can be wraped around it tied with fishing line. your plants appear to be doing well. looks like your keeping with regular water changes but the substrate your using looks like gravel? for long term you'll have to think about some sort of substrate. the two plants on the right back of you picture grow tall where as the other plants you have are about at max height now. maybe bring them over infront of the tubes. and then instead of adding more plant types use the types you have but create mass planting of one type. good luck so far you appear to be on your way , good luck
