Need Help Identifying Fish

I saw this fish in at my local lfs the other day. The label said blue torpedo shark, but it looked like a catfish and it was high priced. It had little beady, rodent eyes and was very hyper. Looked it up, but can't find anything. What are they compatible with and what do they eat?
