Possibly a swim bladder problem, try feeding some roughage before anything else, just in case he's bloated. I'd start with a couple green peas, remove the shell after you defrost the pea and you may need to smash them up if the fish is too small to eat the pea halves in one bite.

I'll check back later but somebody else may be able to assist you better than I, I'm not very experienced with arowana

Everyone is so “against” me lol and my information.

SBD is caused by bad water quality. This is common information. Water changes are not done, to tank not being cycled. Not only is it common info but it is common sense.

Generally speaking when trying to help someone with a sick fish, it is best to get as much information as possible before diagnosing the problem.

Water parameters, water change schedule and volume, additives, etc.

A Word on Advice

A word to all of the helpful members who assist others when they are having trouble : Please don't advise someone to treat or medicate a fish unless you are certain of what they are dealing with. I'd like to point out how important it is not to steer someone in the wrong direction, especially at a moment when they're desperate.
