NEED help fish tank cloudy for the last 2 weeks

They are pretty close my tank water and sink water. It doesn’t appear that anything dangerous is out of whack to cause a bacteria bloom from the sink water

Get the liquid API Freshwater Master Test Kit...the strips can be inaccurate & unreliable, especially if aged

I just realized I was reading the wrong barcode and in fact the strips expired in July of 2020. How inaccurate do you think they are?
