Need Help Fast Dwarf Frogs

Hello I don't know what I need to do I have had 2 African Dwarf frogs for about 5 months now and one of them just died and I looked at him and he looks like he has redleg. What should I do about the other one will he get it too? I am going to do a 25% water change but I don't know what else am I suppose to do I need advice please. Thanks!

Also try giving it protein rich food delivered by blunt tweezers or use chopsticks if your good with them. Very small quantities of blood worm or mosquito larvae preferably live. You can set up a small plastic tub with a few strands of anacharis in the back garden to keep them alive the live food that is.
