What should the water smell like? o_o I smelled it and it has a faint fishy smell. it's not too bad, nothing that can be noticed unless you stick your face like right close to the water and really sniff.

Your water should have a healthy, earthy smell similar to soil. At least that's how mine have always smelled. I can't say mine smell fishy though.

Wow. o.o It';s cured... And too think it only too a few drops of a generic thing called "Crystal Clear" to clear up to smell and water. ._.;; Now it has a nuetral kind of earthy smell as you described and the water is well. Crystal Clear. o.o;
