I have the current stock in my sig and the dimensions as well. I want a bunch of Bottom dwellers unlike my other tanks. Actually gonna try ad save money and fish by taking in fish in bad shape, nurse them back and then add them. Gonna try the place I know treats good fish to bad conditions... Wal-Mart. Once they had some expensive plecs labeled as Algae Eaters for $3. Shame, but actually a win for ppl who know what they are doing. Anyway, back on topic, want some good bottom dwellers and thats catfish right there.

Thx, SBL

banjo catfish
upside down catfish
featherfin syno
bn
and most smaller synos
what ph is the tank?

Yeah, thought of USD. Gonna get 2-3 of those. Maybe just 2.
Banjos are cool but, will never see them. Featherfin Synos seem aggressive to me. Want some thing peacful. I have heard of stories of FF Synos attacking other Bottom dwellers at night.
Don't want Plecs due to their poo problem. Also, Don';t like plecs much. Won't have any plecs now year round cause I just need 2 HOBS, a light, and an aerator to house the commons for winter, which I'm doing now. Taking down 29s for room for 100.
Most synos are real expensive so, a no-no for me. Already started my 100 fund.
PH, I will be aiming for 7.4.

you need atleast 3 upside down catfish but the more the better. i see my banjo quite a bit i see it atleast once every other days. with a ph of 7.4 you could get
Synodontis lucipinnis

Synodontis petricola
http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species=synodontis+petricola&species_id=857

Bumblebee Catfish
http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=303

Will up # of USD to 4 then. I don't want any Synos due to their price.

what about hoplo catfish
http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=14
and the synos that i put the link to arnt that bad priced the Synodontis petricola are quite expensive but the lucipinnis are about £4 and the bumblebee catfish are about £3

I don't live in the UK, so prices won't help me here. I will see about Synos and already added Hoplos to the list, matter of fact, upped them to 4 along with the USD. Any other fish. On another note, lost my little Senegal to my filter. Was gonna get rid of him anyway but, still a tragic loss. :shout:

i would say the bottom looks pretty well stocked with what you have in you sig you might be able to fit in another group but thats about it for the bottom :D

Thx, will look for o0ne more bottom dweller, preferably an oddball

yh well id depence what you go for you might be able to get a group if there small but if there bigger then 1 will proberly be best if they dont mind being on there own. :D
