Need An Idea On What Eel Lfs Has...

It is a redish-brown with little whitish gold specs all over it. They called it a snowflake but its def now a snowflake from the pics i have seen trying to research it some. Its also in a brack tank with some other brackish fish and looks absolutly nothing like a salt water snowflake eel. Any ideas on what this could be?
