Having the fish you described in such a small tank is a recipe for disaster. It will lead to death either from stress, fighting or the poor water conditions that will quickly develop in a small overcrowded and especially uncycled tank.
I have two 5.5 gallon tanks I keep my male betta in one and my female betta in the other one. Both tanks are nicely planted each with 1 small decoration and a small sponge filter, (because the built in filter that comes with it is inadequate), and I can tell you there is no room for safely housing any other fish in a 5.5 gallon. I keep 2 Nerite snail's and some ramshorn and MTS snail's as tankmates for the betta in each tank and that's about all I would recommend.
