Narrow Escape

Just thought I'd tell you about one of my bronze corries who has just had a narrow escape. Did a water change 2 days ago and cleaned gravel, moved some of the bogwood to clean the gravel properly. Next day noticed one of my corries was missing , spent a while checking thinking that he was probably hiding, when still couldn't find him decided to investigate further. Lifted up the bogwood and there he was stuck underneath, he had been there for about 30hrs. He has made a full recovery. Lucky or what!

thank god for that..... poor little guy/gal........ you really have to be carefull when moving decore........
ive had a few similar problems myself....... one of my female platties was crushed while sifting handfulls of gravel around in the tank..... i didnt see her until she started floating to the surface the next day.

Oh shame yours was not so lucky . I'll certainly be extra careful in the future.
