15l is only about 3 gallons, so it's too small for any of the shoaling fish. Might be ok for a betta, but I'd say shrimp only, tbh.

Oh ok.

It is just that, that is what the manager of my local LFS said he was going to do with it...which got me thinking it was ok!.

Lol!! I have just got some Black Bee Shrimp / CBS. They are looking good and are a change from the normal red ones.
