Hi SH -
A newbie here. I got a 24 g deluxe nanocube for Christmas, and am just setting it up now. My question to you is the stand it comes with. I saw in a few of your photos that you have the same one that I do, and as I'm looking at the parts, I'm just a little skeptical that it's going to hold all the weight that's going on top of it, especially the wheels. I'm considering not even putting the wheels on it.

What's your take on the Nanocube stand? Thanks -

WELCOME H2OLovr!

I have the "S" stand (Neo Classic artsy looking stand). If you have the traditional type with the 2 metal poles in the front, I know it's sturdy. I have seen several setup but NONE with the wheels.

The "S" stand doesn't come with them at all. I think you would be OK for the wheels to be installed, if you are on Carpet with the wheels then I think you will be alright, if you don't and put it on smooth flooring, then you might be asking for trouble.

I don't know guys and gals, any of you have wheels on your NC stands?

I have mine on the same stand....been fine for almost a year. No wheels with it tho'. I do admit that it is a 'cheesy' type construction and not much storage room in it, but, I sat on it and watched TV on it for awhile....I"m 6 foot tall. 24 X8lbs is 192.....about my weight. It was sturdy as a rock. SH
