Mystery Pleco With Bloat?

this isnt my plec but a member of another forums however they dont have a big catfish section so heres a coppy of what she posted what do you think?

Mystery plec appeared two weeks ago with a slightly swollen stomach. I watched him for another two days and realised something was wrong and put it down to internal parasites. Treated with flubendazole last week and amazingly he looks a little thinner and a little more active.
However today:

He's on the same diet as all my plecs, which is mainly discus food! He hides almost all the time, he's a very shy plec. I doubt he is able to pass anything.

I don't think starvation is going to cause it to pull its a*se back in, but frankly, looking like that anythings worth a go.

That is not normal No it is not just fat. It looks like a tumour or some type of growth. I would post that pic on the sick fish problem forum too and see if anyone has seen that before. It looks like it is right at the anus. How long has this thing been growing?
